Shipping & delivery

At LightsZ we do our utmost to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most products will be shipped from our head office in Amsterdam and are processed within a working day where possible, with the exception of the situation where we do not have the product in stock. In that case the delivery time is on average 2 to 3 working days. All items display an availability status on the product page. Once you have selected and ordered the product – with or without assembly – the items will usually be sent via PostNL within 24 hours. After shipment you will receive a Track & Trace code from us to track your order. If you have questions about the availability of a product or an item you have ordered, give us a call and our customer service will help you as quickly as possible to process your order in the quickest and most efficient way.

When you buy products online at LightsZ you can be confident that you shop and pay securely. Our SSL Certified website uses the best and most modern software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including payment information, account numbers, name and address. So that it cannot be read when the data is exchanged over the internet. LightsZ uses encryption to transmit sensitive information online. LightsZ also protects your data offline and handles personal data with care. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific task (for example, billing or customer service) get access to personally identifiable information. The computers / servers and personal data of you and those of LightsZ are stored and stored in a secure environment.

Returns & Exchanges

You can replace an ordered product within 14 days or have it fully refunded to you. The only thing we ask is that the product is returned unused and in its original condition. The packaging should also be in new condition. If the product nevertheless appears to be damaged, in whatever form, then we will not accept the product and reject the request for return. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless it has been established that the product you have received is defective or a wrong product has been delivered.

Payment options

At LightsZ you can choose to pay with IDeal or to transfer the amount due via the bank. When you choose to pay with IDeal, the transaction is processed through the Sissow payment system. This system is efficient and reliable and is used by the vast majority of online businesses in the Netherlands. If you choose to transfer the amount due, you can transfer the amount to bank account NL86INGB0007651772, T.N.V. Lightdesigns Don’t forget to mention the order number! You will find the order number in the confirmation email that you receive when you have completed the order.

View orders & account

When you have placed an order and have created an account, you can view the status of your order at any time. You open an active order by clicking on the reference, then the system displays all relevant status information. You can also view various other settings in the account and where you want to change.
